It’s specifically aimed at senior management as it deals with not only the sales process but a broader business strategy. Our facilitators actively encourage the audience to ask questions along the way and share their personal experiences of what worked or didn’t work for them. How to implement the right MPS — This is a ½ day, interactive session based around our experience helping companies avoid the pitfalls of implementing the wrong MPS solution. We refer to real life examples to highlight key points. Our facilitators encourage audience participation through a series of exercises. Ultimately this is a reasonably high level session aimed at providing companies considering MPS with an understanding of the key areas for them to focus on. There will be plenty of time for detailed question handling throughout the session as well as at the end.
